The Treasurer, with the assistance of the President, shall draw up a proposed budget
for the school year. The Treasurer shall keep accounts of the financial transactions and
records of the Foundation. The Treasurer shall ensure compliance with the financial
controls as listed in Article 8, Section 8.3 of these Amended Bylaws. The Treasurer shall prepare financial updates to present at Foundation meetings. The Treasurer shall keep three (3) years of financial records readily available for review by any Foundation member. The Treasurer shall perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Foundation.
