This meeting will be held in close session and a report will be presented in October's meeting to the community.
Bylaw:
5.2 Special Meetings. Special Foundation meetings may be held if at least twenty four (24) hours advance notice is given via public announcement through the Foundation's normal communication channels. Such notice shall include the reason for holding the meeting.
the Foundation welcome your questions, concerns, and ideas, not all topics may be approved for open-floor discussion during Foundation meetings. Inclusion of topics on the agenda is at the discretion of the Foundation, based on time, relevance, and alignment with meeting priorities.
