Notes from the Parent Foundation
The main event is finally here—the Gala is one week from today! Get ready to roll the dice and go big with us. It's going to be an unforgettable evening filled with thrilling casino games, live artwork, and culinary delights that will tantalize your taste buds.
We are excited to host our Grandparents and Special Persons next Friday on campus and hope you will consider including them in the evenings festivities as well. More details should come home with your child today on the timeline for school activities with your loved ones on the 19th.
That evening, we will have everything from cocktails to dinner, dancing to games of chance, and auctions that will leave you breathless—there's something for everyone. Take a sneak peek at some of the incredible items up for grabs, including luxurious getaways, exclusive culinary experiences, and one-of-a-kind artwork created live onsite.

Gala Online Auction
Teacher Experiences, Class Baskets, and Class Art projects will all be available for online bidding beginning at 8am on April 19th. We're doing things a little different this year! The auction will begin on the day of the Gala, April 19th, at 8AM. Most of the items will be online so make sure to have the app downloaded and ready to go! If you have already downloaded the App in the past, please make sure to update it prior to the event. This online auction is available to all members of the OTA community and can even be shared with friends and family. An email will be sent as soon as the online bidding opens. Bidding will close promptly at 8:00 PM on Friday.
Childcare ( We Got You Covered) OTA Foundation has secured Free & Safe Childcare with your Gala Ticket, with our friends over at Mathnasium: 3345 Rosecrans St Suite A, San Diego, CA 92110. Please email Shirin ( [email protected]) to reserve your child's slot by April 17,2024 and include your child's name, age, food allergies and health concerns along with the parent's contact info.
